The Riviera chapter welcomes American citizens living in this region, including the Var, Alpes-Maritime, Monaco and environs. Meetings and activities are held in Nice or Monaco.

The Riviera chapter works toward changes in U.S. domestic and foreign policy. Examples of involvement include voter registration, caucuses, programs on issues pertinent to the Democratic Party and fundraising.
