Screening
of Uncounted
Monday, May 19, 7:30 p.m.
This film documents the concerted effort by Ohio officials
to suppress (Democratic) votes in the 2004 presidential
election.
Let’s be informed and not let it happen again!!
It addresses these questions:
Was there a concerted effort to suppress votes?
Were the votes correctly counted?
Did electronic voting allow easy manipulation?
Why were exit polls suddenly wrong after 40 years of
nearly pinpoint accuracy?
Why did nearly two million people discover they were suddenly
not on the voter registration roles?
Why did the national media not address these questions
after the Bush election?
The film will be shown at the Cinéaqua at the base
of the Trocadero (enter from the side facing the Eiffel
Tower at the bottom of the steps or from rue Albert de
Mun. Look for signs indicating Ozu restaurant.) 63 bus
or Trocadero metro
Admission is 10 euros per person - 5 euros for students
(Proceeds for Dems Abroad France operating expenses.)
