March 1, 2007		Delegate Selection Affirmative Action Committee members are appointed by the International Chair of Democrats Abroad.
April 9, 2007		Affirmative Action Committee forwards comments on proposed Delegate Selection and Affirmative Action plans to Executive Committee of Democrats Abroad.
April 14, 2007		Proposed Delegate Selection and Affirmative Action Plans are approved by the Executive Committee of Democrats Abroad and made available for public comments.
April 18, 2007		Public comments solicited on proposed Delegate Selection and Affirmative Action Plans.  Press releases sent.
May 19, 2007		Period for public comment on Delegate Selection and Affirmative Action Plans is completed.  Responses are compiled for review by the Executive Committee of Democrats Abroad.
May 25, 2007		Executive Committee of Democrats Abroad reviews public comments and submits revised Delegate Selection and Affirmative Action Plans to the Affirmative Action Committee.
May 29, 2007		Affirmative Action submits comments on Delegate Selection Plan and Affirmative Action Plan to Executive Committee of Democrats Abroad.
June 1, 2007		Executive Committee submits final Delegate Selection Plan and Affirmative Action Plan to Democratic Party Committee Abroad.
June 12, 2007		Delegate Selection Plan and Affirmative Action Plan adopted.
June 13, 2007		Delegate Selection and Affirmative Action Plans are forwarded to the Rules and Bylaws Committee of the DNC. Press releases sent.

	February 5-12, 2008		First Determining Step for All Country Committees Presidential reference vote by Internet, voting in person or mail.
	February 13 , 2008		Deadline for results of presidential preference voting; Chairs of Country Committees to certify to International Chair of Democrats Abroad.
	March 1, 2008		Deadline for the DNC Secretary to confirm to the International Chair of Democrats Abroad the names of the individuals recognized as Democrats Abroad DNC members and any Distinguished Party Leaders.
	February 22 – March 3 2008		First-Tier Caucuses and Country Causes – if opt-in by Country Committee.
	March 4, 2008		Deadline for filing a statement of candidacy and pledge of support forms with International Chair of Democrats Abroad as At-Large National Convention Delegate, Pledged PLEO Delegate and National Convention Alternate, and Standing Committee candidates.
	March 8, 2008		Deadline for the International Chair of Democrats Abroad to send list of persons filing as At-Large National Convention Delegate, Pledged PLEO Delegate, National Convention Alternate candidates and Standing Committee to respective presidential candidates.
	March 13, 2008		Deadline for Country Committee to certify names of Regional Caucus Electors.
	March 13, 2008		Presidential candidate approval deadline for  At-Large National Convention Delegates, Pledged PLEO Delegates and National Convention Alternates candidates, and Standing Committee candidates.
	Between March 15 and April 11, 2008		Democrats Abroad Regional Caucuses select 9 At-Large Delegates depending on Regions. Regional Caucuses elect 3 DNC members (1 per region).
	April 12, 2008		Democrats Abroad Global Convention selects 2 Pledged PLEOs and 3 At-Large National Convention Delegates and 1 (or more) Alternate(s).  National Convention Delegates select National Convention Standing Committee Members and Delegation Chair. Delegation Chair names Convention Page. National Convention Delegation elects 3 DNC members.
	April 15, 2008		Deadline for Permanent Caucus Chairs of Regional Caucuses to certify elected At-Large National Delegates to International Chair of Democrats Abroad and forward Minutes of Regional Caucuses. Deadline for certification of DNC members elected by Regional Caucuses.
	April 15, 2008		Standing Committee Members certification submitted to DNC Secretary. National Convention Delegates, Alternates, Delegation Chair, Page and DNC Members Elect certified to the DNC Secretary. DNC-members-elect certified by the International Chair to DNC Secretary.
